倉(cāng)式泵的卸料方式有兩種，其中底部出料是常用方式,罐內(nèi)物料通過圓錐面充氣槽充氣、噴嘴噴氣或其它方法得以流態(tài)化;在底部設(shè)置流態(tài)化充氣板(層)可使物料在罐的上部卸出。輸送氣體在罐中不同輸入平面上分布情況取決于輸送物料性質(zhì)。

操作工作過程

(1)打開進(jìn)料閥和排氣閥，倉(cāng)式泵在常壓下進(jìn)料，直到水平料位計(jì)發(fā)出倉(cāng)滿指示信號(hào)為止;

(1) Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and feed the bin pump at normal pressure until the level gauge sends out a full bin indicator signal;

(2)關(guān)閉進(jìn)料閥和排氣閥，然后打開高壓氣閥使罐內(nèi)加壓;

(2) Close the feed valve and exhaust valve, then open the high-pressure valve to pressurize the tank;

(3)當(dāng)達(dá)到操作壓力后，打開輸送空氣閥門和卸料閥，物料開始輸送;

(3) When the operating pressure is reached, open the conveying air valve and discharge valve, and the material begins to be conveyed;

(4)由壓力開關(guān)、料位計(jì)或時(shí)間繼電器顯示出輸送結(jié)束。此時(shí)關(guān)閉高壓氣閥和卸料閥，使全部壓縮空氣都用來清吹輸送管道;同時(shí)打開排氣閥，使罐內(nèi)壓力減至常壓狀態(tài)。一個(gè)工作周期完成后，另一周期繼續(xù)進(jìn)行。

(4) The end of conveying is indicated by pressure switches, level gauges, or time relays. At this time, close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve, so that all compressed air is used to blow the conveying pipeline; Simultaneously open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the tank to atmospheric pressure. After one work cycle is completed, another cycle continues.
