氣力輸送設(shè)備發(fā)生下列情況，應(yīng)當(dāng)采取相應(yīng)的緊急停止措施：

1、動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的壓力計(jì)值、電流值超過額定值而急速上升，且不下降時(shí)，可以判斷為管道堵塞，緊急停止連續(xù)泵的氣閘運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，必要時(shí)停止動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。

1. When the pressure gauge value and current value of the power blower exceed the rated value and rise rapidly without decreasing, it can be judged as pipeline blockage, and the continuous pump's airlock operation should be stopped urgently. If necessary, the power blower should be stopped.

2、巡邏人員發(fā)現(xiàn)吸塵器嚴(yán)重膨脹或嚴(yán)重外泄時(shí)，停止連續(xù)泵的氣閘器，延遲10~20S停止動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。
