　　（五） 設(shè)備內(nèi)部的噴吹及氣封裝置應(yīng)設(shè)置必要的減壓裝置和氣量調(diào)節(jié)裝置，確保氣體的品質(zhì)符合要求，壓力設(shè)置在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)。

　?。?） The spraying and sealing devices inside the equipment should be equipped with necessary pressure reducing devices and gas volume regulating devices to ensure that the quality of the gas meets the requirements and the pressure is set within the specified range.

　?。ㄒ唬?、檢查配管，檢查是否有無雜物進入設(shè)備內(nèi)部，有雜物建議清理干凈。

　?。ǘ?、旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器安裝并配管完畢后，確認(rèn)電源就位關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

　　（2） After installing and piping the rotary feeder, confirm that the power is in place and turned off.

　?。ㄈ⑿断聜鲃渔湴踩趾蛡鲃渔湕l。

　　（3） Remove the transmission chain safety cover and transmission chain.

　?。ㄋ模?、用手轉(zhuǎn)動旋轉(zhuǎn)閥，確認(rèn)閥門順暢回轉(zhuǎn)。

　?。?） Rotate the rotary valve by hand to confirm that the valve rotates smoothly.

　　（五）、確認(rèn)配管已全部連接正常。

　?。?） Confirm that all piping connections are functioning properly.

　　（六）、確認(rèn)齒輪傳動馬達已將潤滑油補充至制造廠家使用說明書指示的水平（正常情況設(shè)備出廠已經(jīng)加注完畢）。

　　（6） Confirm that the lubricating oil for the gear transmission motor has been replenished to the level indicated in the manufacturer's instruction manual (under normal circumstances, the equipment has already been filled before leaving the factory).

　?。ㄆ撸?、確認(rèn)安全罩已經(jīng)裝好。

　?。?） Confirm that the safety cover has been installed.

　?。ò耍?、確認(rèn)回轉(zhuǎn)方向。

　?。?） Confirm the direction of rotation.

　?。ň牛?、確認(rèn)以上各項不存在問題后，進行十五分鐘空載運轉(zhuǎn)。

　　（9） After confirming that there are no issues with the above items, perform a fifteen minute no-load operation.

　?。ㄊ?、如果在空轉(zhuǎn)時沒有震動與雜音，則表示設(shè)備正常，可停止空轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。

　?。?0） If there is no vibration or noise during idling, it indicates that the equipment is normal and can be stopped from idling.
